That means you’re nuts! Just kidding. But in all serious what you eat is such an integral part of rest and recovery, and therefore of performance.

As an athlete your body is your high performing engine – let’s call it your Ferrari. You wouldn’t put diesel or cheap gas into a Ferrari and expect it to run properly would you? Of course not, your body is the same way.

Take pride in the food you put into your body, and your body will reward you with the ability to perform.
