  • Athletes are guided through a structured program of individual sessions which are highly specialized towards the individual athlete’s needs
  • Each session focuses on a specific topic of performance enhancement from a mental perspective
  • Constant ongoing support for each athlete on an individual basis
  • Sessions focus on individual performances
  • Session Length: 45 minutes
  • Athletes are guided through a structured program of 3,6 or 10 sessions in groups of 5-15
  • Each session focuses on a specific topic of performance enhancement from a mental perspective
  • Group discussion and activities help athletes understand and apply mental skills and techniques
  • Sessions focus on individual performances,
  • Session Length: 45 minutes
  • Athletes meet as an entire team and are guided through a dynamic, hands-on seminar
  • Teams are led through a series of activities and group discussions specifically designed to develop team skills pertaining to the topic of choice
  • Workshop topic is pre-selected by the team and/or coach(es)
  • Session Length: 60 minutes
  • Possible Team Workshop Topics Include:
  • Team Cohesion
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Team Goal Setting (Short & Long Term)
  • Effective Communication
  • Teamwork & Cooperation
  • Or Any Other Specific Mental Skill
  • One-on-one sessions done virtually via Skype and/or FaceTime
  • Tools, resources, logs and progress assessments are provided and delivered via email
