I remember the first time I asked myself this question, the answer was a resounding no. Then I asked myself, why not?
So many times the focus on performing ‘today’ is so high, when it comes time to recover we don’t use our energy to prepare for ‘tomorrow’. What you do tomorrow is often a product of what you do today.
