Let’s define confidence as the belief in one’s ability to accomplish a task. Finding this belief is an ongoing journey, and always will be. But as the image above shows, confidence can also be other things. For example, having trust in your best can go a long way in breeding a confident competitor.

As we’ll see later in this month’s blog confidence is influenced by a great deal of things, and also has influence over a great deal of things; it is a very powerful feeling.

In whatever you’re doing this week whether it’s training for an upcoming performance or in the middle of your off-season, we challenge you to answer this question.
