Mental Edge Athletics  is dedicated to sports performance and psychology through mental edge training. Mental Edge Athletics helps you to have the natural or developed psychological edge that allows you to: generally, cope a lot better than your opponents with the many demands (competition, training, lifestyle) that sport places on a performer; specifically, become more consistent and a lot better than your opponents.

We provide performance enhancement training, working with individuals and small groups, as well as large groups and in workshops. The use of specific mental skills is a systematic way to improve your athletic performance.

Let us help you get your head in the game and overcome performance barriers through high-quality performance coaching. Our services are comprehensive and are centered on developing all areas of the mental game. Our innovative and in-depth program development combines theories of thought, emotion and behaviour into performance and mental skills training. Pushing the boundaries further, we engage scientific strategies and advanced technologies to strengthen and train the overall visual, cognitive and motor skills necessary for advanced performance. Our unique program guides athletes and clients to understand their mind, for ultimate performance enhancement while building confidence and overcoming fear.

Individual meetings to monitor effectiveness of mental skills progression and to make necessary modifications to outlined training program.
Athletes are guided through a structured program of 3, 6 or 10 sessions in groups of 5-15.
Athletes meet as an entire team and are guided through a dynamic, hands-on seminar.
One-on-one sessions done virtually via Skype and/or FaceTime
